I recently put some of the pecan stain color on my fence and it didn't come out as expected. I emailed Customer Service and immediately was contacted by them. They went over and beyond to find a solution. He also sent samples because you can get different results with different wood. I should've ordered the samples beforehand so it was in no way a bad product. It was a lesson learned and it's good to know that there are companies still around such as Ready Seal that go beyond the norm to help their customers! Thank you!
