We recently pressure washed, sanded and cleaned the 4 decks we have around our pool (roughly 600 sq/ft) after approx. 17 years of use. We did our research and chose Ready Seal Pecan sealant/stain based on your website info and the recommendation from our local Windsor Plywood store manager. The end result is absolutely astounding. Our backyard looks like a resort again and I'm really confident that we won't have to worry about this product peeling/chipping like some of my neighbors decks who used cheaper products like Behr (and have to redo their decks every year). It's been about 2 weeks since we finished applying the Ready Seal product and it looks fantastic. We did two coats as the first coat soaked into the wood quite nicely, so a second really seemed to ensure the rich color came out. This product was so easy to use and apply I would strongly recommend it to everyone.
